Pet Photo Contest Order Form

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:

1. Upload your pet's best photo (no humans, please), add their name/s, and select a special date in the calendar for it to appear on (plus a backup choice in case the first isn't available).

2. All Date Space photo submissions are automatically eligible for selection as featured "month" (the big picture at the top) or cover photos in the calendar, in addition to being featured on your chosen day.

(Featured "month" and cover photos will be chosen by an impartial panel of judges from outside of our community. Multiple winners may be featured each month, depending on photo resolution quality and designer discretion.)

This form features additional upload fields if you would like more than one date space/pet photo contest entry. If you're only entering one, just skip down to the bottom after the first section.

Pet Photo Submission (1st or Only)

Please be sure to choose a high resolution photo (preferably at least 300 PPI). Lower quality photos do not enlarge well, and may effect your pet's chances of being chosen as a month or cover photo.
